General Conditions

Credit Card

At check-in, a valid credit card may be requested as a guarantee to cover any damages caused to the accommodation, equipment, or common areas during the stay.

Quinta do Ícaro reserves the right to charge for costs associated with damages, losses, misuse of the facilities, or non-compliance with these conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation eligible for a refund, Quinta do Ícaro reserves the right to deduct administrative, banking, or other charges associated with the refund process, plus a service fee of €25 per reservation.

Cancellation conditions may vary according to the rate or promotional campaign applicable to the booking made.

Minors

Minors may only stay on the property when accompanied by their parents, legal guardian, or a duly authorized third party.

Whenever applicable, authorization documentation for a minor’s stay may be requested.

Property Rules

Safety and Well-Being

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas and all other indoor areas.

The use of candles, incense, portable stoves, or any type of open flame inside or near the houses is not permitted.

Parties, events, or gatherings involving excessive noise are not allowed.

Guests are kindly requested to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Guests and Visitors

Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the property.

External visitors are not permitted without prior authorization from management.

Pets are not allowed.

Outdoor Equipment

Sports equipment or other outdoor-use items are not permitted inside the rooms, including bicycles, surfboards/bodyboards, skateboards, scooters, golf bags, among others.

For proper storage of such equipment, please contact Reception.

Personal Belongings

Quinta do Ícaro – Nature Living is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.
