It’s a practical, elegant, and welcoming option for those who value extra space without compromising on comfort or quality. The villa accommodates up to five guests two in the master suite and the remaining in extra beds.

Riviera Beach
Praia da Riviera is one of the coastal gems of Terceira Island, in the Azores. This golden sand beach, surrounded by natural rock formations, offers a serene and preserved environment, ideal for those seeking tranquility and direct contact with nature.
Historically, Praia da Riviera was part of an extensive stretch of sand that extended about 6 km along the coast, together with other adjacent beaches. However, due to coastal changes over the years, Riviera is the only one that remains, preserving much of its original wild character.
Recently, a boardwalk was inaugurated connecting Praia da Riviera to the seafront of Praia da Vitória, making it easier to walk to the other beaches along the bay and encouraging pleasant strolls along the coast.
With clear and calm waters, Praia da Riviera is perfect for swimming and light water activities. Despite its natural beauty, the beach maintains a quiet atmosphere, being less crowded than other beaches in the area, making it ideal for those seeking a peaceful refuge.
